3 girls needed ASAP to join me in a 4 bedroom house blocks from campus

Ok, so here's the deal: I just put down part of the deposit on a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom place just blocks from NCSU. The lease will start on July 7th but I need 3 other roommates to send in applications by Thursday July 3. The lease is 1 year and a $500 deposit is needed (but remember, you get that back at the end of the term) along with the first month's rent.

About the place: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, unfurnished. It has a washer and dryer but no dishwasher. It's the bottom floor of a 2 story house. Each story has 4 bedrooms and is leased seperately. High ceilings with hardwood floors in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms does not have a closet so maybe someone with a dressor or other clothes-holding device can take that one. The 2 bathrooms are kind of small but I don't spend much time in the bathroom so that doesn't bother me. It's an older house that I find very interesting and I think it would be a lot of fun to live there with 3 cool roommates :) Rent is $350 + utilities. Utilities would include water, power, gas in the winter for the heating, and internet. I don't really want cable but if other people want it I don't mind getting it. The utilities split 4 ways + $350 would still be really cheap so I think it's a great deal. No cats or dogs, unfortunately :(

About me: I'm a 21 year old female grad student. I'm easy going, considerate, and I like to keep things neat but I'm not pushy about it. I don't smoke or do drugs. I have 2 small birds that will live in a cage in my room and are very tame. I'm looking for other girls who are laid back and drama-free. As far as furniture goes I have a kitchen table and chairs so if you have couches, coffee tables, or things for the main room/hallway then that would be great.
