Room for rent (All utilities included!)

Hi Guys, I've got a room to rent in University Woods (So there is access to a great pool, gym, game room, and computer lab) for 450/month. The rent covers everything and the house is furnished (except the bedroom). The kitchen has about anything a college kid knows how to use and then some. Your room has a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Also the apartment is equipped with an extra large washer and dryer. Currently living in the house are two engineering student (one male, one female) who are both very mature, fun to be around, and laid back. We have fun but are still serious about school.
