• This is a plan for a buyer who is serious about purchasing this home. This is not a “rent and think about it” plan.
Lease/Purchase Monthly Payment & Credit:
• I want to keep the monthly lease payment close to the amount you will ultimately be paying for mortgage principal, interest, taxes and insurance after purchasing the property. Monthly PITI + HOA with a 95% loan at 6.5% interest would be approximately $1,500 per month, but with a monthly lease payment of $1,500 I can credit $300 toward the purchase each month- $3,600 over 12 months.
Lease/Purchase Down Payment Requirements:
