Working mom and artist looking to rent home/townhome

Hi, my lease is up in Febuary and I really need to find a place soon.
I have a good rental history, except my last apartment which I broke the lease one month early because my landlord would not fix a broken door that would not close or lock, I have a good income as an artist and electronic tecnician, and I always pay on time.
Please let me know if you have a nice home to rent.
