Mechanical Designer

Our client is currently searching for an HVAC/piping designer. Details are listed below.

CAD Operator:

Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: Permanent
Salary: 50-60K

This candidate will perform HVAC plumbing and coordination for larger complex mechanical room design for heavy commercial and industrial projects. This candidate will also be responsible for drafting/designing piping systems and ductwork.

Must have:
HVAC piping, plumbing design experience w/ extensive mechanical room design
AutoCAD, 3D, CADpipe all pluses
Coordination drawing experience
Field experience not required but preferred.

Mechanical Designer:

Our client is seeking a mechanical designer with experience in HVAC design for institutional and commercial facilities. AutoCAD experience is a must. This candidate must have worked with complex HVAC systems (not just industrial). Also this person must be able to run with projects for the VPs-including maintaining relationships and working directly with vendors, architects, and other engineers. They want someone to start as soon as possible.
