We are four female college students in need of a 4 bedroom preferably 4 bath townhome, condo and/or house conveniently located near NCSU or within 10 minutes of NCSU. Tired of overpriced university options (such as, USuites & Campus Crossings) but, are wanting a little nicer quality and more room than Lake Park. Willing to pay up to $500/per bed (a total of $2000 in rent if utilities are included, or around $1600 in rent if utilities are not included). We all have great credit and are amazing tenants, so in my opinion this is a steal for both of us!
