I am looking to lease a 2 bedroom, 1.5 to 2 bath in Raleigh/Cary/Garner area beginning mid/late April at a maximum monthly rent of $700. I am a responsible tenant with excellent past rental history and earn an adequate income; my credit is not exactly good due to a pending separation.
