I am subleasing my room. The location is off of Lake wheeler (exit 297 on I-40 Raleigh,nc). This is a nice place to stay. Especially if your a student seeking housing. I need to sublease my room because of family issues requiring me to move back home. In the apartment, you will be getting your own room and bathroom. The room is furnished already (including a dresser, nightstand, and a desk). The bathroom is nice and roomy (biggest in the apartment). Everything else in the apartment is furnished (kitchen, living room, and dining area). There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. All utilities are included in the rent including internet and cable. ( There is also a TV in the living room provided for the apartment). Nice area and the apartment is gated. Also in the lobby there is a tanning bed, computer lab, and a exercise room. Outside there is a basketball court, volleyball net and a pool.
