I am a single, hardworking mother looking for 2 rooms to rent (1 for myself and 1 for my little boy). I currently work in Raleigh, near 64, so I would love to have somewhere in that vicinity. The above rent is the max I can pay (with utilities included). I just want to provide stability and a safe environment for my child. So, in addition to you checking me out, I would like to check you out as well. I go to work, church and come home, that is about it. I do smoke (outside only and dispose of my butts properly). We are clean, responsible and just your average loving mother and son. He is four, so he is active, but very respectful and well behaved. The ideal situation would be one with a low deposit required or if you would allow me to split it up.

We are currently living with relatives who are in the process of moving, so I am trying to get our ducks in a row. An ideal situation is our own space, but we are willing to do the roommate thing (females only please) My son is very important to me, so PLEASE be ok with a child in the house. I think that is it for right now. My credit ain't the best in the world, but I am willing to provide excellent references and be willing to submit to background checks.
