The apartment is a 2 bedroom at University Village. Rent is $410. The other roommate is a female, so college aged females would be preferred. All utilities included except electric/cable. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The apartment has its own washer and dryer, outside patio, kitchen, dining area, living room, and dishwasher. The apartment complex has free parking & visitor parking, volleyball court, basketball court, pool, gym, tanning bed, 24 hour free maintenance and wireless internet. There is a running/walking loop that is about 3 miles around the apartments that many people use to go running/walking during the day.

The move in date is around the second week of August 2009 and will go through the following July 2010.
