Are you currently on a Proton Pump Inhibitor that is not adequately controlling your heartburn?

Common PPI’s include:
Nexium, Prilosec, Prevacid, Protonix, Aciphex and Zegerid

Wake Research Associates is conducting a research study of an investigational medication to see if it helps reduce symptoms of heartburn.

Study participants must:
*Be aged 18 to 70
*Have a history of heartburn
*Have current PPI medication that is not adequately controlling heartburn

Study participants will receive, at no cost:
*Study-related medical care
*Study medication or placebo
*Compensation up to $400
