The Alliance of AIDS Services - Carolina serves individuals living with HIV/AIDS, their loved ones, caregivers and communities-at-large through compassionate and non-judgmental care, prevention, education, and advocacy.
In addition to the hosting organization, the Alliance of AIDS Services - Carolina, proceeds from the AIDSWALK+RIDE benefit a variety of organizations in the Triangle area, including: Duke AIDS Legal Assistance Project (ALAP) in Durham; HOPE Fund: UNC Infectious Disease Clinic in Chapel Hill; Northern Outreach Clinic in Henderson; and the Wake County HIV Intervention Program Clinic in Raleigh.

WALKERS can choose from the 1- or 3- mile route on the Halifax Mall in downtown Raleigh. RIDERS can choose from the 30-, 60- or 101.5-mile route that meanders through Wake, Durham and Orange Counties, reaching three of the four counties served by the Alliance.
