My fiance and I are getting married October 10, 2009 in the evening in Wake Forest and we are in search still of a reasonable priced caterer. We are having 100 people for a buffet dinner with light appetizers while we're getting our
pictures taken. We are looking to keep it simple with two meats, that aren't too pricey, homestyle string beans, garlic mashed potatoes with gravy, and corn medley...the meats we are thinking about going with is glazed meatloaf, spicy roasted whole chickens, spiral ham and whole turkey....so 2 out of the 4 that would cost the least, fresh rolls and better and of course sweet and unsweetened tea.

And for appetizers:
Vegetable tray, cheese and cracker tray, meatballs in sauce, chips and dip, mixed nuts, mints and a punch.
