Pet friendly rental needed

I'm relocating from Birmingham, AL to the Raleigh, NC area. I need a rental that is pet friendly (for three pets under 10lbs). Preferably, I'd like at least one bedroom with an w/d in the unit or connections for a w/d. $600-$700 is what I'd like to spend or less, but will to pay extra for pets (one time fee, monthly fee per pet, etc)!
