University Suites Raleigh, NC

Looking for someone to take over my lease at University Suites on the
corner of Tryon and Trailwood near campus! You would be living with three
other awesome girls. Its a two story townhome layout, with large patio for
grilling out, pool, and community center gym! Also, there is a bis that
runs to and from campus every 30 minutes monday through friday, to take
students to classes at NC STATE. Rent is about 475 a month, this includes
utilities!!! Renter may take over lease at any time, I'm student teaching
and looking to move home since I only have one class left to take next
