As with all Whole Foods you'll find quality, fresh, and often local food that is clearly labeled including its origin. The produce is always the freshest of any grocery store in the area. The fish is the best you can get this far inland and much of it is local. All of the fish has a label letting you know where it came from, the selection is wide, I've never seen any imported from Asia (safe from mercury), and the staff are very knowledgeable.

The butcher counter is equally enticing with thick, local cuts of hormone free beef, pork, and chicken.

Plenty of worldly cheeses, beers, wine, and coffee round out my favorite grocery store. Also they have fantastic salad and hot bar with seating if you don't want to take it home. Recently they added a homeopathic goods section with stuff like soap, lotions, and alternative medicines. Outside you'll find cut flowers, and herbs.
