By far, the best organic restaurant in Raleigh, maybe the state. Sarig Agasi has completely outdone himself with his perspective on tapas. Richard Holcomb of Coon Rock Farms supplies most of the produce and meats from his local organic farm. Nancy Agasi has selected the best wines (some organic, most all sustainable) to create an ideal meal.
The menu changes with the harvest; I look forward to every meal I eat there.
