Fuse is the closest thing to The Rockford in Chapel Hill. Fuse has a relaxed, dim atmosphere with a decent bar selection, and rotating art on the walls. Outside there is a cozy patio area surrounded by fence covered with plant life and dim lights. The menu selection is primarily tapas with tasty, healthy selections such as talapia, tofu and sesame salad, and vegetable and baby spuds filled with tomatoe and shredded chicken. I'm definitely not a tofu guy but seriously, this tofu they have is amazing. Normally tofu is lightly flavored sponge with a bland center but Fuse's tofu is marinated heavily and has an incredible flavor. You must order this dish. The music is rocking with a lot of indie on the playlist and the staff is friendly and quick to bring your drinks and food. Rocks.
