Awesome pizza and i love the 'build your own salad option' they now have. The BBQ'd tofu is the BOMB! Did you know u can also get it delivered by using RaleighTakeOut.com ! ? So cool!
is everyone forgetting the fact they probably hide psilocybe shrooms under the cheese. "mellow mushroom" thats awesome. plus thier food kicks some serious ass to.

i love it my brother works there so i get alot of the take home pizza and it is soo gud ate cold
Great pizza. If you don't mind the wait. But first, you have to find parking. What a joy. It's not that they don't have their own lot, because they do, but at lunch it's RIDICULOUSLY crowded. So, I will go and call ahead an order and park in the 15 minute spaces to pick up. It's much easier than trying to hassle my way through their much-too-small lot, and then be ignored by wait staff.
But, the pizza is worth the agony, if you must dine-in. It's absolutely delish!
Dirty plates and poor service made my last meal today at Mellow Mushroom disappointing. Normally I would have given this place 4 stars because the pizza is great but today we waited for 40 minutes yet when we were seated outside under the patio there were 5 clean tables other than ours available. But the real kicker was the dirty plates. They had been cleaned but not very well. There were chunks of old cheese stuck to the plates. We asked for a couple more plates and they came back dirty as well. One blonde server was loudly slinging metal pans in a dirty dish bin right next to us as though she were back in the kitchen working on her jump shot with a pizza pan.
I Think Mellow Mushroom Pizza Is SOOOOO Much Better Than My Cooking.
I love this restaurant. They have a large selection of pizzas that are absolutely delicious. They also have lots of salads and TONS of calzones. The service is wonderful and the food is always fresh. They also have a bunch of vegetarian options. I love the Mega-Veggie pizza. I suggest visiting www.mellowmushroom.com before you go.
