My family and I have been patients of Dr. Riccobene for almost 3 years now. We have visited many of the offices and were very impressed. From the time you walk in the door, you are treated like family in a warm and friendly environment. All rooms have their own t.v. and they have Starbuck's coffee!!! All treatments we have received were top notch and all staff are very thorough. They have an insurance specialist at each office that verifies your insurance ahead of time so they can give accurate estimates of how much each visit will be! I will continue to recommend Dr. Riccobene to many of my friends in the years to come!

It is so nice to go to a dental office and be greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, instead of having a glass window slammed shut in your face like so many other offices! I would highly recommend any of Riccobene Associates six locations, if you are looking for a great Dentist! The staff is excellent and they will go above and beyond to give you the best care they can provide. I recently took my youngest daughter there and not only did they make her feel comfortable, I was impressed that they acknowledged her upcoming birthday!! Talk about paying attention to detail! The staff from the front desk to the back were outstanding! What a breathe of fresh air to finally go to a Dentist that that takes his time and cares about our needs! Thank you Riccobene Associates!

I went to the new Cary location and it was great. I got a coupon for $59 for a cleaning. That was so cheap, I was waiting to be upsold on other treatment. I have to tell you the opposite was true. Dr. Riccobene actually did a small little filling for me at no charge. The staff was great, very knowledgeable, friendly and happy. I wish I was as happy with my job as they seem to be with theirs. I've read the other reviews on this site and I have to say that they couldn't be further from the truth--I guess some people will never be satisfied no matter how extraordinary an office is. Go there with confidence, you will not regret it.

I called for an cleaning appointment and was one right away. The receptionist was very courteous and even told me how to download forms so I wouldn't have to fill them out when I arrived. Although I couldn't see her face, she was so kind, it was obvious she was smiling when I was talking to her and it was also clear she loved her job. I was relieved to know that they accepted my insurance so the first visit was going to be covered 100%.
When I arrived for my appointment, I handed my paperwork to the receptionist, and even though she was on the phone, she looked up and smiled. I waited for 5 minutes and was immediately brought to the treatment room by my Hygienist, Jenna. She asked me a lot of questions about my fears and concerns, what my dental goals were and specifically what they could do to alleviate my anxiety towards dentistry. Wow--I had never been treated with such kindness and concern in a dental office before.
She took my xrays, cleaned my teeth, made notes about what I might needs, cleaned my tongue (never had that before, but felt great afterwards, and polished my teeth with a special jet polisher (?). My teeth felt fantastic. Then Dr. Riccobene came in and spoke to me. He sat in the chair and started to ask me about my goals, if I had had bad experiences in the past, and what I wanted my mouth to look like if dentistry was free. Well, I told him, and he really seemed to care for me as a person. 
He then started to do his exam while Jenna told him what she had found, they really seemed like a team. 
At the end of treatment he told me my options and said he was excited to help me accomplish my goals. He said he'd throw in free bleaching when all my treatment had been completed. After he left Jenna went over my insurance with me and what they would cover. They offered me interest free financing for the remaining balance. 
Now that was exactly what I thought a dental visit should be like. I never write reviews, but I was so happy with my visit that I had to let others know what a great experience it had been. I highly reccomend their office.

I am new to the area and asked around about dental offices and Riccobene was brought up several times. It was the best trip to the dentist I have had. They really made me feel at ease while I was there and in the past I have hated the dentist and now it is an appointment I don't mind going to. I saw that some of you complained about the payments being messed up but I had no problems with that, people make mistakes everyone is human.

Awesome experience! I have told my whole family they need to switch over to Riccobene Dentistry. Let's face it, no one loves going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable and not afraid. I finally found a dentist office that care. Can't say enough good things.

Went to have teeth cleaned at 40/42 office. Loved my hygienist. The dentist however was short and rude and seemed uncaring. I also thought the girls at the front desk were rude and actually left message for manager To call me so I could let her know how my first visit went. She never returned my call. Would not Refer this company. Customer service poor.

I have been going to the Knightdale site. Twice recently, I have had the experience of waiting over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I respect that glitches happen, but as this is the second time, I need to note for prospective patients, that while you are told you will be charged if you are not on time, neither time I checked in with the receptionist about the delay or possibly rescheduling if there was a problem, was I ever given the message that this is not the norm, and not how they want to do business. I was basically told, "Yeah, we know you're here." The first time I initiated rescheduling; this second time I knew better. Don't keep going to where the respect is not mutual, and you have to ask for customer service.

hwy. 40/42 feel that over all the people are nice- Had to correct my bill a couple of times.-Paid the bill but was never applied to the bill. Thank God I had my receipts.
Feel like that every time I take one of my family members in, some kind of work has to be done. That is why I am looking for another dentist. Great place- but don't like to feel ripped off.
