Overall, the food was very good, but the service is bad all the way around. The times that I have been there we were able to sit and order in a pretty reasonable time frame, but the staff after that were pretty awful. Our drinks were never really re-filled and the pizza, which is what they are known for, took over 35 minutes to get out to us. Our party was not big (4-5 each time) so that couldn't really be an excuse. The service is simply bad. The food, once it came, was good, but it was not worth the amount of time wasted or the fairly high price paid. I feel like if the waiter/waitress has to apologize multiple times for the tardiness of the food then there should be some sort of discount, but that would never dawn on Brixx
It was awful experience. Incase the place is packed and you are a NON-WHITE person, it is not the place to go to as they give preference to WHITE americans than colored. It happened twice in front of my eyes..... Once with an INDIAN Family and MEXICAN Family.... place is really horrible.
Cynthia's comments makes her sound very unintelligent. First, if you're going to make these types of claims by an establishment you should back it up with some evidence. Just by saying you saw some ambiguous act of discrimination does not really help your case. Go into detail about what you saw that was SO discriminating towards the two parties in question. You could even go as far as to name the person(s) at the restaurant that were involved and/or affected to get their point of view. This may sound a little extreme to you Cynthia, but your claims are pretty serious, and you should really do your homework and think about the things you are going to write before you write them, otherwise you'll come off sounding like an idiot, as shown in your first review/comment.
I completely agree with Cynthia, Me being a african american , I have seen my family being treated differently. It is a fact that these people are racist.
Awesome restaurant. I love their pizza and go there all the time. The pizza margherita is just so good with the cheese they use.

Their food is awful along with the service. If you've seen the movie "Waiting" you have an idea what goes on at this establishment with adding bodily fluids to people's food. If you're into that sort of thing this is the place for you, otherwise stay away and spend your money at a decent restaurant.
I visited this Brixx at Brier Creek on a Thursday night and was expecting the stank-eye for walking in at 8:45 pm...surprisingly, I was greeted with smiling faces and a surprisingly busy restaurant. I was relieved to see that they closed at 1AM!!! The bar wasn't packed but definitely had some customers and the outdoor seating seemed to be a huge draw on this warm night. They have great daily specials (see below) and a decent pizza selection. Brixx isn't the top pizza place in Raleigh, but is a good deal and a fun place to relax for a casual date/night out.

This might be true for Caucasians but same customer service is not received by Foreigners and Dark skin people. Plus may be you work there why are you marketing their menu here? Seems Brixx pizza has hired their own guys to write reviews.

I agree with Cynthia cause they do give priority to white people and its good that she did not name anybody, cause wouldnt that person get in trouble. I can name few but i wont. My kenyan friends had bad experience with the services too and thats when i realized that it wasn't just me, the issue was with colored people, and when i searched online about this place, i read the reviews with similar experience. Co-incidence ? C'mon.
