She refused to give me her address, to file small claims civil relief. Had to hire private detective to track her down.
On July 11, 2011, Civil Action occurred in Wake Co. courts. A Civil Judgment.....was issued against Debbie Sapienza.
Ripped Off : Attached is 3 emails.......from
Debra Sapienza, "The check is in the mail."
Be Aware : Sweet Fantasies NC
One (1) Year latter,
and NO REFUND.....REFUSES to give address, to start civil action.
All the information they gave me is false.

Ken,
First of all I hope you accept our apology for not being responsive to your calls. Jon and I both felt very welcome at your home and we really enjoyed talking and discussing Laura's
upcoming wedding and showers. Bottom line is we "liked you and your family" right away.
We are sorry but issues surrounding the death of my mother has cost us thousands and will still cost us a couple more to settle but I am the oldest and some one had to step up and take care of the people that went out on a limb and helped my mother both in life and in death. Let's just say you really get to knopw your family at times like this and to say I was "shocked" would be an understatement! All I have remaining is to settle up with the company would made and installed the headstone and this will be done in the next 45-60 days. I am working as hard as I can and YOU will be refunded EVERY DOLLAR we owe you which we calculate to be $85.00 for the "purse cake" and $225.00 deposit paid on Laura's wedding cake. Once again,let me say both Jon and I are sorry this happened
and we are asking for your patience. Yes, your first impressions of us were correct...we are honest,hardworking,"good people" but sometimes bad things happen to good people. We hope you understand our situation ( we understand yours) and we guarantee you will receive refund in full within the next 60 days.We hope Laura is doing well and getting on with her life...she is such a sweet young lady.

#3 EXAMPLES OF POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES
Rip Off ...
Canceled cake order 6 months in advance.....owner Debbie S, stated she spent the money on her mothers funeral.....
but , she would refund my money .... asap.
( All the information on the receipts, business cards etc. was FALSE.)
11 Months later
She has refused to give me her mailing address, so I could
meet them in civil court. I have several e-mails ... telling me
" the check was in the mail "
Avoid......your special day could be ruined.
