El Rodeo Grill is a step up from the basic, super cheap, El Rodeo found on Hillsborough and downtown. The food costs a bit more at about $8 to $9 per entree but its so worth it. The quality of ingredients is far greater and the atmosphere and service is much better. El Rodeo Grill is in the old building occupied previously by Jabarra (same owners).
