I usealy dont write about a company unless i recived poor service however i have to tell everyone about jason and what a wonderful job he did for me on chritmas eve my heater decided to go on strike on the coldest day of the year ( of course). to make matters worse my in-laws are coming today, so i franticly started to call for help after calling several company's and being told the earliest anyone could come was two or three day from today. I called one of my friends to see if they knew someone that could help. she told me to call expert express (thank you Susan). I spoke to Vernon the owner, and told him of my problem (the in-laws). although they had a full schedule he said they would fit me in. at 8pm they came to my home and worked until 10pm and saved the day or should I say night. I was not charged a overtime charge although I would have gladly paid.I am very satisfied with the work and the price!! if you are looking for a good company then give them a call !!
