Casa Carbone's sauce is AWESOME -- you could put it on a piece of cardboard and the cardboard would taste GREAT! It's a bit crowded at times, but well worth any wait you might encounter. Our family favorites are the cheese ravioli, eggplant parmigiana, and plain ol' spaghetti and meatballs! My husband usually requests angel hair pasta with garlic butter and Italian sausage (which isn't even on the menu I don't think) and they're happy to accomodate. The salad dressing (blue cheese) is homemade and tasty as well. It's one of our favorite places! It's not the cheapest Italian you can buy, but it's AUTHENTIC!
