I lived here for a year and there were no complaints overall. While I stayed there, I had no major problems. The one thing that I wished they would have changed is the ability to break a lease. The rooms are spacious and there are no caps on utilities (which is a huge plus)
My daughter lived there during the 2011-2012 school year and the summer. I won't go into details of her whole year, but I do want to put in a good word for the property manager, Melissa Cholak, who was there on move in day to get us though a rough start, and worked with me at move out time to resolve an error in the move out charges. She has a strong desire to make the apartment complex a good place to live, and will treat you fairly. There are many complaints about past managers and office staff, but now that Melissa is there, I expect things to be much better. If you have any issues, don't be afraid to raise them to management and get them resolved.
I have lived here for two years and haven't had a problem for the most part. No complaints for the management, and the apartments are pretty good quality for the price I pay.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! My three roommates and I moved out roughly two weeks ago. Within a year staying here we had to deal with a HUGE bug infestation (Bed Bug's), dirty apartment complex , over 8 car break-in's , and unprofessional management team and leasing officials. The manager beforehand (Millie) was very understanding, helpful and had this complex running like a well oil machine. This new woman (Pam) does not have a clue what is going on and it is sad to say she was a MAIN reason why many residents are finding housing elsewhere.
Not all is bad, the rooms are a slight larger than other's I have seen and the location is convenient.
Overall, find housing elsewhere. Not worth It!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I just moved into Centennial Village, and it was the worst experience with any business that I have ever had. The office is unorganized, EXTREMELY RUDE, had no records of what I had payed, misinformed me on basically everything about the room I thought I was signing up for. I was thrown into an apartment with a girl who I'd had no previous contact with because they told neither of us we were living together. I went to my room, expecting an empty apartment (like they had told me) and it was fully furnished and a girl came out, who said she was already in contact with two people they said were her roommates. I called them about the mix up and the manager proceeded to yell at me and get snotty on the phone. She then called the girl and told her I had a problem with her and that she had to make it work, and that i was being snotty. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
There ok with customer service, i lived here for a year the whole year i started looking for a new apartment once i notice that it had an infestation and the people they place me with didnt care how the apartment looked. Also they didnt mention this when i signed up to sublease someone else apartment any damage the tenant before me incurred i would be reponsible for because they say you sublease the apt as is which sucks because now there are all of these fees i have to pay for damage not done by me, i wouldnt recommend this place to any student that would like to save money in the long run.
