Wonderful place to live! Staff is friendly and accomodating. They have beautiful, large townhomes in a variety of styles. Very convenient to everything you need. Great location.
Lousy Apartments and Staff. I would not even allow my 4-legged dog to live in these properties. You should see the grounds.....trash everywhere and they illegally are operating a land filed behind their resident's home.
They treat their tenants like human life size rats.

This place is terrible .... The pics they show are not what they really look like ..they units are old and outdated..the maintenance team has no experience nor will they show up when you call them...my heat was out last winter and they consider that to be an emergency but showed up 4 days later to fix it ..they told me to turn my oven on and leave it on until they get there..there is mold all over the ceilings and when they came to "fix" it all they did was spray paint over it and with paint that didn't even match I might add..also they will show you a model home but won't allow you to see the actual unit you are getting until the move in day..they make you pay a holding fee for the unit style that you like that's supposed to be refundable and when it's time to move in they won't use that as a security deposit. The holding fee is 275 ..and the security deposit is 500 for a 1 Yr lease and 250 for a 2 year lease..so basically they got 425 out of my for a piece of crap apartment plus the 750 a month ...did I forget to mention that everyone who stays over here pays a different amount??? I pay 750 and one of my neighbors pays 825 and another pays 800...the lady Mrs Smith lives in the office and her car is parked outside the office but when you need to speak with her she has her receptionist tell you she's not there ...I can go on and on about how unprofessional they are and how crappy the units are but if you don't believe me just ask anyone who has rented from them . Oh and did I forget to mention that our homes are now in foreclosure because our landlord has been taking our hard earned rent money and not paying the mortgage to the bank like he's supposed to
I totally agree. They treat their tenants like Human Rats. They have trash and all sorts of debris right in the back of their tenants homes that rent from Smith Properties. They do not care about the living conditions of their tenants. This company is very trashy! I would not rent from them even if it was only $2.00 per month.
