As a local touring/recording musician, I need a music store that is able to cater to the needs of the working musician. These guys do just that! Their customer service greatly surpasses that of the Guitar Center across the street, where the workers tend to always be too "busy" to help customers. The associates are always helpful and willing to help me find the equipment I need to get my job done (and at the lowest prices). Thank you guys for being the best music store in the state!

I was very pleased with the service, however I would be much happier if the variety of woodwind reeds was greater and if you could buy individual reeds.
also a more detailed decription of the different cuts of reeds would be nice.
otherwise wonderful job.
