$100,000 - MISTAKE (FISHERMEN'S LOAN)
I'm a commercial fisherman fighting the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC Bank) over a $100,000 loan mistake. I lost my home, fishing vessel and equipment. Help me fight this corporate bully by closing your RBC account.

There is no monthly interest payment date on the contract.
Date of first installment payment, (Principal + interest) is approximately 1 year from the signing of my contract.
Demand loan contracts signed by other fishermen around the same time showed a monthly interest payment date on their contract,(agreement).
The lending policy did change at RBC from one payment (principal + interest) per year for fishing loans to principal paid yearly with interest paid monthly. This lending practice was in place when I approached RBC.
Only problem is the loans officer was a replacement who wasn't familiar with these type of loans. She never informed me verbally or in writing about this new criteria.

I commend you for sticking up for what is right. I was with Wachovia who I thought were unreasonable until I got mad at Wachovia and switched to RCB Centura in South East USA. RCB managed to loose 4 CD's I had totalling 50 thousand dollares and left me hanging for 23 days until they could find their mistake. No interest was given, no apology nothing. /the reentered the same amts 23 days later and acted like nothing happened and I had imagined it all. I demanded at minimum the 23 days interest on the CD's that I was due according to the orig terms. Its been 8 months and nothing. After reading this crap they put you through and my own aggrivation and losses I am going this afternoon to move my accts elsewhere.If they penalize me for early withdrawl I probably will wind up in the county jail. Thank for the info I also plan to call some of these phone numbers you listed and ask them what they are doing coming to the USA and f-ing people around who are real USA citizens. Screw RCB CENTURA. Their branch in Raleigh NC at Wakefiels is a joke, Blake the "loan officer" leaves at 3pm allmost every single day and takes 2 hour lunches I have waited on his slack ass to return many times. Blake has to ask the tellers how to do everything even how to open a cking acct. Looks like RCB passed by the person who deserved the position Blake got (head teller or at least the one who works all the time and knows her stuff) she was the one who deserved that position, its so damn obvious any customer can see it whats the problem were they biased toward men?
