Found DogRaleigh, NC (North Bend/Spring Forest) - July 13, 2006
Found smallish black male dog. Has curly hair and curled tail. He has a white chest and a small white marking on his neck. His face resembles a Pug. Please email me if you think this maybe your dog. He only had a red harness on, no tags at all.
