I have been to the Cary office 3 times and was treated very poorly. I found the staff to be rude and condescending. The dentist was unprofessional and did not seem to to be very skilled and actually caused me a great deal of pain. I mean, come on, how hard is it to do a simple filling without causing pain!??! will NEVER go there again!
Dr. Riccobene has taken care of my and my children's dental needs for years. He is the kind of dentist you search for years and know is out there somewhere. He cares and it shows in his work and the time he's willing to spend with you to achieve the best possible results. I would not consider going anywhere else. A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Riccobene and his staff from the Riccobene Family Dentistry.
Don't listen to negative reviews, they are Amazing! I have been scared of the dentist for years and now I finally found an office I can trust (although still a scaredy cat). Everything about this experience for me an my family was great. Beautiful office, friendly staff and gentle dentist. They explained what they were gong to do, made me feel comfortable and even sedated me so I don't remember anything about the procedure! My wife says she has never seen me smile this much. Thank you Riccobene Associates!
I have been a patient at Dr. Riccobene's office for 3 years. This is the best dental office that I've ever been to. It is a beautiful office and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had nothing but good experiences at this office. My husband, who is terrified of the dentist, had sedation dentistry done there last year and did great. He was very impressed with the doctor and assistant that treated him. He now goes regularly for cleanings and no longer needs to be sedated for any of his dental work. I highly recommend this office to everyone who is looking for an excellent dental experience.
Love love love Riccobene Dentistry.Great office great service! The staff at the 40/42 office is top-notch. I feel very taken care of and I HATE going to the dentist. This is the first dentist's office that I don't feel nervous before my appointment. The office is so clean, the hygientists, doctors and assitants are all wonderful. I've been pleased with all of the work done and I'm a patient for life!
Each time I have an appointment at Dr. Riccobene's office, my experiences are nothing but the best! The front desk staff always greet me with a smile. I always get called back on time. The assistants and hygienists are amazing; very friendly and knowledgeable about procedures and treatment needs. To anyone that is looking or needs a new dentist, I would definitely recommend any of Dr. Riccobene's offices!!!
I was recently seen in the Mcgee's office location with a toothache that I had been dealing with for a while. The office staff were able to work me in the same day. I needed a crown and was nervous because of my past experiences at different dentist. I can honestly say that it was the best experience I have ever had and Dr. Mcneely has a very gentle touch. My crown looks great and was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this office to anyone, especially if you have high anxiety about the dentist.
I attend the selma office and it is a wonderful place to get your teeth cleaned. From the front desk to the back the staff is so helpful and friendly. I appreciate the awesome atmophere of such welcoming staff. Dr. Sipe at the Selma office is wonderful and so gentle. Kristy is a wonderful assistant that has helped the doctor several times. But don't get me wrong. They are all GREAT!
I am a patient of the Selma office, I highly recommend Dr. Sipe and her staff! I have been a patient for over 8 yrs and I had this emergency situation with my front tooth and they got me right in the same day. Dr. Sipe is so gentle and caring, as well as the staff. They have always treated me and my family so nice.
My family & I have been going to Riccobene Associates for over 6 yrs now, I highly recommend my dental office to everyone that I come in contact with, all of his locations are great, but I just love everyone @ the mcgees location, they have the greatest staff around!! LOVE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
