I to am in business and I can tell you first hand that these "Groupon" people are HORRIBLE!
First off, they act as if they are owed the world after paying pennies for their services.
If they want to be treated like GODS why not pay FULL PRICE. It always amazes me how the people that pay almost NOTHING expect superior service.
If these people feel the need to be treated like Queens, then why are you shopping at GROUPON ?
I know why because you're cheap....that's WHY!!!

yeah, this place is pretty dreadful! You think that you are pulling into an apartment building but you are in a hair salon??????? The door was LOCKED when I had my appt. It was a joke!!!!!!!! DO NOT go there and spend money!!!!!! you sit literaly in an actual appartment that was made into an expensive hair salon???? come on?

Not only are we in business. We have even better service, even better systems to keep our clients happy, and you will see that groupon nor these inaccurate statements on the internet has stopped our business from succeeding.

In Regards to groupon reviews:
There was about 500 groupons sold, Because they did not completely include the contact information to our bldg, left off important information such as no groups, no services pass the expiration date, and most of all refunding people who bought coupons that were no shows or late, etc. We had to discontinue the groupons. There were calls made, in the order they were received and i guess that just wasnt good enough for someone who paid for a 50% off service.
So far we have talked to about 6 other business in the Triangle area that have experienced the same problems that we did from Groupon. I looked up the best spa i know of in Raleigh and darn, their was groupon clients giving them 1 stars as well.
We have in the past provided great services and customer relations and will continue to do so, But no more Groupons!!!
We have attached the BBB Complaint that we have started against Groupon, which is a start. The next if they dont fix the problemes they created and make aware every single client that purchased a groupon the mistakes they made, we will continue with the news media, attorney general and legal action.
We experienced alot with those50% discounted coupons that we had never offered before. Mainly with our 24 hr policy that the groupon customers refused to follow, some didnt show up for there appts, some where down right rude. We felt it was only fair since we have our customers that pay regular price for their services that we still require a groupon customer to follow the salon policy as well. If groupon would have provided the building number, the correct phone number,Tell customers that they take almost 50% of the money of what they paid and etc. There would have been no complaints.

After all the problems that we experienced with groupon the company and groupon the clients, we filed a bbb complaint and noticed that there were 360 others at the time we filed our complaint. All we wanted them to do was tell the truth of their mishaps, which they failed to do.

We are a full service salon and are combined of independent renters. its really sad that professionals would stoop to talk about another professional, when the golden rule is what goes around comes right back around. we do advertise yes to give other professionals the opportunity to lower their expenses and keep as much of their revenue as possible, which they find at our salon which is hard to find in this area. We do short and long term contracts, and have several talented and always professionals that work here.
It is hard to wean out the unprofessional ones that dont hold to there contracts. From time to time things do happen, We have been teaching since 1999, one review of a person saying they didnt get there money back ( which is not accurate) and another that second her out of thousands of professsionals we have trained. I had no problem geting an appointment. I needed some touch up on my brazilian wax. (I am a male) I made it to my appointment, and she acted like she was surprised to see me.
I went in a room that was not as clean as I would like to see and got ready. She came in making sure I knew how good she was. It was terrible. I have NEVER had so much pain, torn skin, and bruising. I was miserable for two weeks after her hatchet job. I will never cross that threshold again.
I don't want to give this spa ANY stars. I want to support all the statements made already about the dreadful reaction from this spa, which cannot be called service. Rude on the phone, and when I hung up (no ugliness from me, honest!) they called me BACK and told me if I ever called there again they would charge me with harassment. This was my first phone call that got through to them ever!

I really wish I had researched the reviews before purchasing a Groupon for this company for my mom & sister out-of-state. They were both very frustrated because of the poor customer service - you call and nobody answers, you leave a message and wait for them to call you back to make an appointment? Then, when you finally get in touch with them, they conveniently have no appointments for the promotional period? Sounds a bit unethical to me. If you can't trust a company to be ethical in their advertising and promotion practices, you shouldn t trust them with the care and well-being of your body. You can do better (and probably for less money, at least where I live). This place has earned it's horrible reputation - avoid it at all costs and make sure your friends do as well.
this place is a total scan job....I notice they were on Six Forks....when I got my groupon they were located on Logger Court off Falls of Neuse. Same problems...never had any appts. available...for 3 months...any day of the week...any time...always booked she said. Well I went today and had difficulty finding which unit they were in, consequently I was 5 minutes late. She told me she had a client coming in an hour and couldn't take me. (mind you...nobody,,,nobody was in the place...this BUSINESS that was always booked. I told her to just do the pedi and let the mani go or soak me less and hurry through...oh no...she would sit for 50 minutes and wait for her next appt. Believe me, this is not a business..it's a scam and I intend to call the manager of the building and city gov. to check on their license...I will alert Groupon Monday and demand my money back. Beware...this person also advertises for hair extensions and other services...groupon scam must be paying off for her but I intend to stir up some trouble for her. Believe me, when you see who greets you you would not want her touching you or using any products she has on you!!!
I purchases a groupon for this Rejuve Salon also. I called four times in Dec to get an appointment, I called six times in Jan, seven times in Feb and left messages for someone to call me. No one never returned my call to schedule an appt. Therefore, I took a break and called again in March so far this month I have called five times and have not received one return call. I really believe this so call business is trying to pull a scan on people who purchaed the Groupon. I decided to call the Groupon customer service and complain. The customer service at Groupon gave me a credit to my account. If you are having problems getting an appointment call and get your account credited. The number is 1-877-788-7858. Will never purchase anything from this business again.
Awful!! Awful!! Cannot believe how unbelieveably disgusting the service and people are here!!! The worst customer service in the world. Also funny how all the reviews on their wesbite are postive...obviously the crappy owner is controlling those herself! Note: all the ratings on any other site are awful!! This place should be shutdown!!! I will contacting several organizations letting them know of the unprofessional and illegal stunts they are pulling!! This woman is the most repulsive human being and her so called "business" should be shutdown immediately.

Here business is horrible and how she get away with the crap she does. I read all her reviews from different sites and I read reviews before I go to someone. One girl how she signed up for CEU's and she never gave the lady back her money or did the CEU's and went through paypal. If that was me I would be pissed off and I will be seeing her in court. What really sad was this person who was waiting for her and client and both never showed up and she never called that woman. Horrible and heard her services were horrible. Her place was nasty when she was on six forks.
It appears, that many people are very pissed off at her and how she stays in business and who knows everything today is something else. Furthermore, she hires people and does not pay them and she awful. Stay away from this crazy woman and that what my friend told me and she is nuts.
WOW!!! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR SERVICE AS I DID TODAY FROM REJUVE SPA. THIS WAS THE WORST TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED - AND IT WAS ON THE PHONE!!!
I was calling to book a mani/pedi I purchased from Groupon to try out their salon since I am new to the area. The receptionist was SOOOOOOOOOOO incredibly rude!!! She told me to "just call Groupon and get my money back" because I questioned her store's policy. She refused to give me the manager or owner's name or contact and HUNG UP on me!!! I called back to TRY and give them a chance to redeem themselves, and ANOTHER girl HUNG UP on me!!!
I have the ability to be a great client, since I get regular mani/pedis and needed my hair cut and colored... too bad they think so little of potential new clients that they treat them SO POORLY!!!
